Biological Diversity
This Unit is divided into 4 sections. The first one is about the living world and the classification. The 2nd 3rd and 4th sections are about Bacteria, Protista and Fungi respectively.
1. Taxonomy
This section will make your base for this unit as well as the unit of plants and animal diversity. I am sharing 2 videos here. The first on covers all the relevant information about Taxonomy and the other video gives you a brief history and introduce you to all the kingdoms you are going to see next.
2. Kingdom - Monera (Bacteria and Archaea)
In this section we are going to cover Bacteria and It’s structure. We will also study about Archaea.
The first video is about classification. The next 2 videos are about bacteria and Archaea. The 4th video covers the prokaryotic cell structure.
3. Kingdom Protista
It’s a small topic so I am sharing two videos here. The first one is an amazing lecture by professor fink and the second one is a tuition type video. Watch any one of it.
4. Kingdom Fungi
This section is most hated by students in classrooms. They love it outside the classroom though. Here I am sharing 3 videos. The first one is a lecture by Professor Fink. The second one is a tuition type video. The third one is a fun review video by Crash course guys. You can watch it when you get bored from all the lectures above.
