This unit is basically to understand the terminology. I would advice you to study this topic in your college than studying online.

Still I am going to tell the best Anatomy videos I have found on the internet. 

The only con here is that the course is a bit long. It is one of the most interesting courses available on Youtube. But it is long and this much time should not be spend on anatomy. So watch only the first few lectures and then try to match this course with your physiology lectures rather than anatomy.
